割れた器の直し方

 

①まず最初に割れている部分をきれいにするため、アルコール（ホワイトガソリンなど）で油を落とす。手の油などもＮＧです！接着部分を触るのはやめましょう。
First, I wipe the part which has broken with alcohol (white gasoline).
Wipe off oil.

 

 

 

②接着には”麦漆”を使う。用途によって「○○漆」といった種類があるので注意が必要。麦漆の作り方はこちら。
Adhesion uses “mugi urushi.” How to make 麦漆 is here.

 

 

 

 

接着面に均一に塗る。合わせた時に漆が”はみ出る”くらいがベスト。
Paint uniformly　thin adhesive surface.
↓
合わせる。段差が出ないよう注意。

硬化するまでずれないように、マスキングテープやセロハンテープなどで固定する。
It fixed by tape.

 

 

 

 

麦漆が固まるまで漆風呂（室）で約１週間を目安に保管。※季節や気温によって保管目安が変わる。
It keeps one week “urushi buro”(muro).

 

 

 

接着後、余分な漆を研磨して表面を滑沢にする。その後、金粉を蒔く。
It polished the excess lacquer.

 

 

 

 

粉を固めるための漆を塗り、研ぎをする。砥石や研磨材、鯛牙など使う。
The coating lacquer for gold powder, and the sharpening. Grindstone and abrasive, it uses such Taikiba.

 

 

 

電子レンジやオーブンでは使えません。直射日光の当たる場所は控えてください。大切に扱いましょう。

Can not be used in the microwave and oven. Please refrain from direct sunlight. Let’s important to handle.
